Return
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item
to request a return.
Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved
within 2 days
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if
the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your
original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more
than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return.

How to Initiate a Return
Enter your order number and email address in the fields at the bottom of this page and click “Send.”
You will receive return instructions via email. Follow the provided instructions and select the items you wish to return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Return Labels
For eligible returns, customers will receive a pre-paid return label via email. Simply print the label and attach it to the return package. Drop off the package at your nearest postal service.
Item Not Arrived
If your item has not been delivered within 14 days from the day of dispatch, please contact us at support@quvadi.com or call us at +91 70552 85774 with your order number.
Items Excluded from Returns or Refunds
Used or Altered Products: Items showing signs of use or modification are not eligible.
Customer-Damaged Products: Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer cannot be returned.
Missing Original Packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging to be eligible.
Final Sale or Clearance Items: Products marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are non-returnable.
Hygiene & Personalized Items: Items such as personal care products, customized products, or digital goods cannot be returned.
Promotional or Discounted Items: Items bought during promotions may have specific return conditions.
Faulty or Broken Items
If you receive a faulty or broken item, you have 30 days from receipt to notify us. Please email support@quvadi.com with photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will review and provide return instructions. The defective item must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
To cancel, submit a help request below.
Refunds may take 4-5 business days to process, depending on your bank.
If cancellation is not possible, you may return the item once it arrives.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
Items must be returned in unworn, undamaged, and unwashed condition, with original labels and packaging.
You may opt for an exchange (subject to stock availability) or a refund.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional fees or rejection of your return.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided:
Proof of purchase is provided.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
The item is not from excluded categories (e.g., hygiene-related products, personalized items, gift cards, etc.).
Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not refundable.
Damaged on Arrival or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.

Our team will review within 7 business days and arrange for a replacement.
The incorrect or damaged item must be returned following the provided instructions.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
