Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 9:00 PM IST (GMT +05:30) will be processed on the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Handling time: All orders, regardless of the shipping method, require 2 days for processing, packaging, and dispatch.

Change of Address

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our support team at support@quvadi.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@quvadi.com.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at support@quvadi.com. To facilitate a quick resolution, please provide:

Photos of the packaging

International Shipping & Additional Costs

The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days.
We offer international shipping, but additional costs may apply based on the destination.
Any extra fees (customs duties, import taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
